Degree : 14.5%.
Soil : Limestone-clay soil and sandstone soil. South facing.
Yield : 40 Hl/ Ha.

Vinification : plot selection, destemmed harvest, traditionnal vinification, long vatting time, blending.

Vintage : 2018

Tasting note :
Boasting an intense, deep red colour this wine releases the aroma of black fruit and spices. Well-rounded and dense in the mouth with the sensation of silky tannins and a touch of sweetness dominated by the aroma of fruit. Well-structured and elegant.

Service advice : Open the bottle one hour before tasting. Serve at 17°C.
Match foods and wine : Enjoy with meat in sauce, roasted lamb, soft rind cheese, goat’s cheese and chocolate cake.
Cellaring potential : 5 years.
