Vinification : plot selection, destemmed harvest, traditionnal vinification, blending and maturation in oak barrel for 12 months. Vintage : 2018 Tasting note: A deep garnet colour with an aroma of lightly toasted spices over hints of cocoa and mellow fruit. Rich and full-bodied with a fine texture revealing silky tannins in a long caressing finish. Service advice : Open the bottle one hour before tasting. Serve 16-18°C.
