Tasting note: A deep garnet colour with an aroma of lightly toasted spices over hints of cocoa and mellow fruit. Rich and full-bodied with a fine texture revealing silky tannins in a long caressing finish.
Service advice : Open the bottle one hour before tasting. Serve 16-18°C. Match foods and wine : Enjoy with beef, game, cassoulet, cheese like Bleu d’Auvergne. Cellaring potential : 5-10 years.
