Tasting notes :
A pale salmon colour with hints of darker plum and a strong fruity aroma. It is round on the palate, rich and refreshing, revealing the scent of strawberries and raspberries.

Service advice : Serve 11-14°C.
Match foods and wine : Enjoy with grilled food, Mediterranean salad, cheese like Brie de Meaux and a cherry cake.
